Vipon – getting stuff from Amazon on the cheap, or maybe even free

There is a lot to like about Amazon, where you can buy almost anything, with its amazon prime membership that gives you free shipping and other benefits like movies, music, etc. If you are like me, you probably do a lot of shopping at Amazon, and so what would you think about buying things that you wanted for half the price, or perhaps even free? I’m sure you would be happy to give it a go, and so how can you do this?

Well, Vipon (pronounced Veep-on) is a website that allows you to do this. Vipon states that it is ‘….an online Main Street — It’s where real small business owners can get their products in the hands of shoppers who care, and share’. What it actually allows you to do as a customer is to request either free of discounted products that are being sold on Amazon. You request the seller for a voucher to gain the discount, and in exchange this seller is hoping that you will review their product within Amazon. Note that you are not required to leave a review (as per Amazon’s requirements), but it does only seem fair to do so, as a site like this let’s you score massive deals while at the same time allowing sellers (likely to be small business owners) to get their products out their and known together with honest reviews. Note that you reviews can also be posted on social network sites, such as youtube, which can useful if your goal is to produce a product review channel, or you find an item that within a niche that you happen to be marketing.

This idea of finding free or heavily discounted items on amazon has caught my interest, so I’ll head of to look for other sites and will post their info shortly.
